Crossbow Reload Animation Problem

Expected Behavior
Crossbows' reload animation should be the same length as the actual time it took to reload the weapon.
A crossbow should turn into the reloaded item as soon as the reload ends, afterwards it will "shift" to the side of the screen signalling the end of reload.
Actual Behavior
Crossbows all have the same reload animation length, the same with vanilla.
High ranged speed stat simply allows the crossbow to turn into the reloaded state even if the animation is cut short, while low ranged speed required additional draw time after the animation.
When the crossbow reload animation ends, the item persists in the drawing state as long as the use button is held.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem
- Craft any crossbow from the mod with the ranged speed stat modified
- Draw the crossbow
- Release the draw midway through animation (if fast ranged speed) / try releasing the draw when animation ends (if slow ranged speed)
