Shield damage reduction bases on material and other fun modules

What Should Be Added or Changed?
- The idea is to be similar to what the combat test updates are doing.
- We got Tier shields that block damage based on the tier level. So depending on the combination of materials, you can go from 5 damage absorption to 10 damage absorption.
- You can have 2 versions depending on the material. You can block damage % or Damage value, so you can have 5 dmg absorption or 30% dmg absorption.
- Allow it to be adorned and coated for extra effects. e.i. Spikes, resistance, blast protection, etc
- Have 2 different protection values, melee, ranged, knockback, magic, toughness.
Why Should This Be Done?
- The way it is now, shields are quite plain in comparison to other gears.
- You basically just need to care about durability, and maybe some cool passive trait.
- This way, you can make shields more customizable, like armor, and the change from 100% dmg reduction will make us think more about what materials to choose when making it.
