Saw causes some type of logic error when it breaks while trying to chop Jungle Trees

Expected Behavior

saw would claim not enough durability, world would put the tree back and not run into an error

Actual Behavior

saw claims not enough durability when attempting to reassign blocks for the jungle tree, all drops fall to the ground, all blocks return to original place, world gets stuck trying to load the data correctly. drops cannot be picked up, cannot exit world without forcing a crash from task manager.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

  1. use saw down to the point where it doesn't have enough durability to chop down jungle tree (I tried to chop a small one)
  2. (note: I used a copper saw blade with one stone in it in the last slot and a fully stone tool rod)
  3. attempt to chop down a jungle tree
  4. load forever, and maybe cry

Not only in jungle tree, it happens when it is used on a big tree, I don't know if the mod has a size limit to break trees since the same problem existed with older versions of the tinker mod
