Ability to enable breaking of old part when swapping for new one

What Should Be Added or Changed?
Add a option so that when you swap a tool part for a new one, the old one would break, so you wouldnt get it back.
Why Should This Be Done?
You wouldnt get old, normally useless parts back filling inventories/chests and it would feel a little more balanced
