Expected Behavior

Crafting a shulker shell with a hammer produces 1 crushed shulker shell, which when shift clicked goes straight into your inventory and does not produce any extra crushed shulker shells

Actual Behavior

Crafting a shulker shell with a hammer and then shift clicking the crushed shulker shell fills your entire inventory with crushed shulker shells

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. Make a hammer (The specific hammer used when i discovered this bug had its main part made from 1 sodalite, 1 kunzite, 1 tektite, 1 pyrope, 1 rose quartz and 1 fluorite and had a rod made from 1 signalum and 2 crimson steel)
2. Put it and a shulker shell in the 2x2 crafting area in the inventory
3. Shift click the crushed shulker shell in the output slot and watch as your inventory is filled with crushed shulker shells

Additional info

As of the writing of this issue i have only used the duplication bug in a multiplayer server, but it likely also works in singleplayer

Possibly the same issue as #463? I've never seen this happen myself.

I have reproduced this issue, accidentally, using Both a Wireless Crafting Grid from Refined Storage Addons and In a Tier III crafter from RFToolsUtility. The Tier III crafter can make thousands of Crushed Shulker shells before you even realize it is not consuming the ingredients.
