Expected Behavior

when repairing a diamond pickaxe made with wood handle and diamond head, using a sturdy/crude repair kit, the item and the repair kit remain.

Actual Behavior

when repairing a diamond pickaxe, made with wood handle and diamond head, the repair kit (sturdy and crude) vanish from the crafting slots. this happens on vanilla crafting table, and inventory crafting area.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

this is happening randomly to some of my modpack players but not all. i believe it has something to do with polymorph mod also being installed and the alternate crafting recipe being used? i am not sure which mod is causing this issue but it is happening regardless.

i cannot get this mod to reproduce itself with me but i have seen it happen live via screenshare with my players.
