Mattock not working as Axe on Warped & Crimson Stem 1.18.2

Expected Behavior

Mattock should work as Axe on Warped and Crimson Stem

Actual Behavior

Mattock is not considered axe for mining Warped and Crimson Stem

Was working with Silent Gear in a modpack and was unable to use Mattock as Axe on Vanilla Nether wood. I setup a new vanilla instance and installed only Forge, Silent Gear, and Silent Lib; and the problem still persists. I tested with multiple different materials and none made any difference

  1. Create Mattock out of any materials
  2. Try to mine warped or crimson stem
