Expected Behavior

I expect tips to show when I apply tip upgrades on a pickaxe.

Actual Behavior

The tips don't show up and the tool looks like there's no tip applied to it.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. Craft a pickaxe
2. Craft a Tool Upgrade
3. Add the pickaxe and tool upgrade together

It appears that the problem was rubidium, sorry for the trouble.
