SilentGear arrows fired from SilentGear bow or crossbow cannot be picked up by other players

Actual Behavior

Shooting a SG arrow from a SG bow or cross bow allows other players to pick up the arrow item with 0 durability on it

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. Fire a custom SG arrow from a SG crossbow or bow
2. Another player walks up to the arrow item that was fired
3. The arrow is picked up into the other player's inventory similar to vanilla arrows
