Ctrl+click does not work in "Blueprint book"

  1. Blueprint book has title about use ctrl+click to select blueprint. It is selected but after close and re-open book selection is restored back. The bug is random i.e. sometimes ctrl+click works but sometimes not.

  2. Also it allows to select empty cell.

  3. Also non-default cycle keys for this book do not work.

Confirmed in dev version 3.2.2... Ctrl + click used to fail occasionally, but now it seems to fail 90% of the time.
