Expected Behavior

• The axe should leave behind a broken tool after it runs out of durability when stripping logs.

Actual Behavior

• If the axe is very low on durability when stripping logs, it will be destroyed completely once it reaches 0 durability.
• The axe normally does leave behind a broken tool, but not if it was stripping a log.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. Craft a wood/stone axe
2. Bring it down to pow durability
3. Right-click on wood logs

I also found out the "broken axe" will also still strip logs and then break permanently.

If the dirt to path mod is installed, a broken shovel can still create paths with dirt.
