Expected Behavior

when breaking axe tool blocks the block to drop and not be destroyed

Actual Behavior

unlike when using a vanilla axe, or other modded axe, when using silent gear axe, paxel etc, it breaks the block but gives no dropped item.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1.place a block from c: t&m that is broken by an axe [a sail or trapdoor]
2.try to break with a silent gear axe tool
3.wish for a block drop
