/sgear_parts dump runs on the server instead of the client (unlike the other dump commands)

Versions
- Silent Gear: 3.5.1
- Silent's Gems: N/A
- Silent Lib: 8.0.0
- Forge: 47.1.3
- Modpack: ATM9 0.2.12
- Optifine Installed: No
- Windows 11
- Java 17
Expected Behavior
<minecraftdir>/output/silentgear/part_export.tsv
is created with a list of parts.
Wrote materials to <minecraftdir>/output/silentgear/part_export.tsv
NOTE: the correct behaviour is observed with the other dump commands.
I have a suspicion that the command is being run on the server (which I don't control) instead of on the client.
Actual Behavior
Wrote to /<a-unix-looking-path>/output/silentgear/part_export.tsv
is printed (looks like maybe a Unix path. Possibly a path on the server?).
Steps to Reproduce the Problem
- Join a server
- /sgear_parts dump
