Mixed Materials allowed in vanilla Crafting Table

An odd request: Consider not fixing this until #50 is fixed, it's because of this bug that pack makers can disable the Crafting Station but not remove any functionality of the mod (but it's still a bug that needs to be reported)

Expected Behavior

Mixed material tools can't be crafted in the vanilla table, only in the SilentGear Crafting Station

Actual Behavior

Mixed material tools can be made

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

  1. Get blueprint, different materials, and tool rod
  2. Combine in Vanilla Crafting Table
  3. Craft it successfully, despite the blueprint's tooltip
