[NeoForge][1.21.1] Can't craft template board with dagger, crude knife, or even knife

Expected Behavior

Basically being able to make template board with the knife, dagger, or crude knife

Actual Behavior

Not being able to create the template board

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

Well, it is pretty simple, just go to a creative world, then try to craft template board using either the dagger, knife, or crude knife. It doesn't seem to be able to create the template board at all

Oh, apparently it uses an anvil now? I think you should update the Overview page to state that crafting template boards now need to use a stone anvil instead of being able to craft straight in the player inventory or crafting table. It confused me a bit
