What Should Be Added or Changed?

Add Option in the Config to either make items unbreakeble or arrow not consume ammo.

Why Should This Be Done?

In Sky Factory 5 Items are unbreakeble but the arrow still consumes ammo as it doesnt accutally damage, it only uses ammo.
