Expected Behavior

When I put an item in the trash slot, it disappears. I believe this to be an issue on the Silent Gear side, not TrashSlot.

Actual Behavior

After I put an item in the trash slot, the next time I pick up an item, the tool I tried to trash appears in the slot.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. Make a wooden pickax head
2. Complete the pickax with a normal stick
3. Try to trash the item

Is this issue still present in version 4.0.15 or later?
