What Should Be Added or Changed?

Shields should have an equivalent to the main tool part for tools and weapons (sword blade, pickaxe head, etc.) and plates for armor components to allow for the player to upgrade the shield as better materials are made available to them through game progression.

Why Should This Be Done?

There are a couple of reasons for this suggestion:

• Parity with other SG crafted gear
  -- The crafting of a shield already requires both the main material and a tool rod, but is the only tool that does not have its own upgradeable component.
• Allow the player to retain enchantments on their shield the same way that they can with all other SG gear through continual improvement rather than straight up replacement
  -- Also allows for things like the Apotheosis affix stats to be retained over time as well, and upgraded without then needing to completely redo them if an upgraded shield is crafted

I'm okay with this, and it should be an easy change. Shields already have a main part item like everything else, it's just hidden.
