Expected Behavior

Enchanting as normal (like sword) with all available enchantments in this category

Actual Behavior

Only enchants and displays Unbreaking I > III in the enchanting table

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. Place enchanting table with bookshelfs
2. Enchant dagger (or knife)

Tested it further and

1. You can't even use books in an anvil with the dagger/knife (for example looting)
2. This bug only happens on an install on Modrinth, on CurseForge it works fine
