Expected Behavior

Channeling to work properly when aimed at lighting rods or mobs during thunderstorms.

Actual Behavior

Does not do anything at all makes a sound like it wants to, but noting else.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. Enchant any s gear trident with channeling and loyalty (if needed)
2. Make it a thunderstorm via command if its not already happening
3. Throw it at the target its supposed to work on, either at a lightning rod or at a villager, creeper, or pig.

i am also having this problem, i used atm10 and i tried with my vibranium trident, then a wood trident, then a normal trident, all with channeling in lightning, and only the normal trident worked

I have verified this issue, but haven't determined the cause yet.
