Expected Behavior

Gear Mod Kit removes tool's Tip Upgrade when crafted while set to "Misc Upgrade"

Actual Behavior

No crafting recipe is provided when placing a tool with a tip upgrade into the crafting menu with the Gear Mod Kit set to "Misc Upgrade"

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. Craft or obtain a tip upgrade
2. Craft or obtain a Gear Mod Kit and set it to "Misc Upgrade"
3. Place the two items together in a crafting menu (either inventory or crafting table)

If any more screenshots are needed I can provide them if possible.

There's meant to be an option to select "Tip Upgrade" in the mod kit. Should be an easy fix.
