Expected Behavior

The sword's swing speed should be 2 instead of 1.6

Actual Behavior

Glowstone slows down the base swing speed of the weapon, making it 0.95

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

  1. Open an alloy forge or recrystalizer
  2. use glowstone as one of the materials for alloy creation
  3. use the glowstone alloy when making a tool head
  4. The weapon or tool has it's attack speed reduced
