Several unused items, namely Crimson Iron Dust, are hidden in both the Creative menu and JEI when Silent's Mechanisms isn't loaded. It would be nice to have an override config because:

Other mods, like say Mekanism or Create, could use said items. JAOPCA detects and uses said items, but it can't make it show up in JEI.
