As suggested via CurseForge, it would be useful to have a way to modify attribute caps, like Scaling Health already does with max health.

I would suggest having some anti-conflict measures. For example, if darkhax decides to bring back the feature he had in Bookshelf, having a method to detect that and prevent what I call a "content duplication conflict."
