I have gone through and assigned Silent's Gems items values for EMC (Energy Matter Covalence) I know ProjectE is somewhat controversial but I play it as a database system not unlike Refined Storage or other 'digital' containers. It reduces so much grind and lets you focus on the advanced features of mods.

That said, I think that SG might be an ultimate 'currency' for the EMC system. Again this expands appeal a great deal.

I present the custom config file. In it I tried to balance the values against iron and the durability of the gem. That seemed like a good approach. I would like your feedback on the values and if you are interested an assessment of balance in play.

If the idea appeals to you maybe you could assign EMC in code by default or in one of the Extra Parts type add-on mods.
