Ranged Speed Stat Does Not Affect Bows & Affect Crossbows Weirdly

Expected Behavior

The time it takes to draw bows and crossbows should be (vanilla / ranged speed stat), so they should draw faster as the draw speed stat increases.

Actual Behavior

All bows draw at the same speed as vanilla (20 ticks), and all crossbows reload at the same speed (25 ticks).

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

  1. Craft any bow from the mod with the ranged speed stat
  2. Draw the bow
