Glowroses light level in configuration does not work

Expected Behavior

As described broken and replaced rose must have light level as specified in config (1).

Actual Behavior

Actual light level after replacement is 10.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

Set light level in config to 1 (I use Configured mod). Brake glowrose and set it back.
