Expected Behavior

Bort spawns.
Silent's Gems: Base work without Silent's Gems: Chaos

Actual Behavior

Bort not spawning at all with Silent's Gems installed. log#1
When Silent gear is installed, without Silent's Gems: Chaos would cause hang upon start. See log#2

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

About bort spawn:

1. I installed lib, gear, gems: base, gems: chaos.
2. Open a new world in creative
3. Trying mining using Mekanism's digital miner, setting the Y range between -64 to 60
4. Setup the ItemStack filter, which include Bort ore, Deepslate Bort ore. Then start the miner. To mine: 0, no ore.
5. Setup the ItemStack filter, included Bort ore, Deepslate Bort ore, Topaz, Deepslate Topaz, Peridot, Deepslate Peridot. Then start the miner. To mine: 294, Topaz and Peridot works fine.

About hang (down below are tested without Mekanism):
1.working: lib + gear
2.working: lib + gems:base
3.hanging: lib + gear + gems:base
4.working: lib + gear + gems:base + gems:chaos

Due to the hanging issue, i can't figure out is Base or Chaos causing the Bort stop spawning.
