Vein Miner support not working

Need to verify which versions of Minecraft this affects.

Tested with supercharged ruby tools. Small pack with just Gems/Lib, JEI, and VeinMiner.

1.10.2 - Does not work.
1.11 - Does not work. Also does not work in dev env after deleting the configs. Could have sworn I didn't touch them...
