Expected Behavior

When under the surface of Oil blocks, I expect to run out of oxygen at some point.

Actual Behavior

When under the surface of Oil blocks, I am not running out of oxygen at some point.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

  1. Find oil
  2. Go under the surface
  3. Fail to drown
