What Should Be Added or Changed?

Not sure if this is a bug, intended or just unimplemented RF stuff, but they should work at least in theory. Right now, even if the powercell has inputs and outputs configured the Wire will just not connect.

Why Should This Be Done?

Silent's Mechanism is so far the only mod I have found with RF conduits (except for Xnet) and it should work with other RF mods.

Should be classified as a bug, since it's something that should already work but doesn't. Think I see what the problem is already.
