Pump Issue

Pump seems to be sucking up water, even when no water is near ? Something I am missing ?
Is there a nearby water source? The pump will work even if it's not directly above the fluid. Probably something I need to change.
Unless there is water underground. I use one of the pumps as a auto crafter
for RS and if it filled with water, it can't import other liquids to make
buckets of liquid for reciepes inside RS. Yes if you could disable this so
it only pulls water next to or below it by one block that would be amazing.
Great process great mod. Love it.
