Issue:entity.getUnlocalizedName() doesn't exist so subtypes freak out

patch necessary: NBTPathApi definitions for evil notch lib so it gets the right unlocalized name based upon server definitions. Note: the client will have to have the unlocalized names to real names in order for it to translate to a real name.

plan on merging this with definitions, color, custom unlocalized name,whether or not spawner is harvest able,and definition for nbt tags and control based upon the logic as well.
