Issue: After the cleanup the custom pos spawner seems to be defaulted to false even though it should be true.

Steps to reproduce:
launch minecraft after deleting original silkspawners config
see that option for default gamerule is false

Make sure that the gamerules are also set after config.
Make sure if false it prevents the custom pos spawners
Check other gamerules make sure they are also ok
