Issue:improper handling of recursive mipmapping

Steps to reproduce:
mipmapping gets handeled after the entity gets rendered which is fine if the other items are non IItemRenderers else it fucks up. So now let the iitemrenderer handle mip mapping and remove current code but, force people to update the library.
