if item stacks has a display name with formatted text doesn't say ok use client translation. This is going to be a 2.0 feature/bug fix because client side will be required in order for this to work.

might do it without 2.0 but will have a toggleable serverUtilityMode which if is one this feature would get disabled. Either way probably going to require asm to fire a custom stack name event

If I do this sub types won't be supported feedback is needed. maybe a config option to turn them on/off
