I created a mob grinder for wither skeletons and nagas (from the Better Nether mod), but none of the mobs spawned from the spawners seem to drop any loot. After killing several dozen wither skeletons and nagas, I only got experience orbs and one stone sword. Items still drop from naturally spawned wither skeletons, as well as from spawner blocks made using creative mode and spawn eggs.
