Hammer with silk touch problem

I am using https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/silky-spawners with vanilla hammers

A pick with silk drops a spawner when I break a spawner
A hammer with silk does NOT drop a spawner when I break a spawner.
I've rewritten the mod, v2.0.0 works differently.
@Draylar should add the hammers to the fabric:pickaxes item tag, or alternatively to silky_spawners:allowed_tools.
