Description
When out of water, the air meter takes time to recharge. While underwater, the armor hud moves out of the way of the air meter, however, when out of water, if the air meter is recharging, the armor hud moves back over the air meter.

Reproduction
Steps to reproduce the bug:

1. Deplete your air meter while underwater in survival mode
2. Resurface from the water
3. Any items currently in the armor hud will display directly over the air meter, instead of above it

thanks for reporting this bug! I've seen it previously and I'm trying to find a way to have a 10 second delay after resurfacing from the water. I'll work on this as quick as possible, but a bit low on time at the moment.
