With an item filter for item transfer with pipes, this mod would be an absolute unit. I was surprized there was none.
It could be a special pipe (or several tiers of it), or slotted item for existing pipes. With blacklisting and whitelisting.
Tag support also would be very useful.
Hope for 1.19,2 version, as it is still the most usable and popular.
once i get the bugs in the 1.20 version fixed, i'll consider adding a filter to the 1.20 version.
unfortunately though, i have no current plans to support 1.19 or anything prior due to the level of stress it will put me under, i've recently started a new job, i have to work on a couple other mods, and i have to continue writing and recording and mixing music.
it's a lot to keep track of all at once, so i personally think it's for the best that 1.20 receives the new updates. eventually people will move from 1.20 anyway.
it used to be the same situation with people sticking in 1.18 for the longest time, but ive seen that trend die down as well.
1.20 is fine by me since I'd already plans to use that for a pack update in the coming months and know the pains of trying to keep several mods updated (heck I even gave away some mods so I could lessen the workload) thanks for the reply though and I wish you all the best in your new job too :D
I would be in favour of a sort of filter, even if it's just placing a copy of an item in the end of a pipe going into the back of a storage container or another pipe, this way I can sort my dozens of chests and barrels into a tidy manner even just five slots like a hopper with a GUI button to enable or disable the filter :)
