When using simple driving gear along with frame blocks i noticed that SDG spams it's items in multiple creative tabs which causes the game to crash when opening the framed blocks creative tab, and you are locked out of your world till one of the mods are removed.

java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Invalid item in FramedBlocks creative tab: simpledivegear:divehelmetlighted
