When trying to harvest rice seeds I only get the seeds back and not the actual rice seeds. Tried other plants like pepper and ginger and I am getting both resources

Just tried the harvester from cyclic and when its harvesting I'm getting the seed and the rice. Also using the Harvest mod

I'm having this issue as well. Not getting a few different crops (It appears to be the grains like Rye, Rice, Quinoa, etc. Vanilla Wheat is still fine.), just the seeds from them.

Note: Destroying the crop, rather than right-click harvesting, DOES give the proper items (except for Quinoa). Just not the right click.
