Describe the issue

Sorry if the text below isn't understandable , but I'm learning english now and I'm not so good in it.
I put the crops into the brewing barrel and it starts the fermentation process. Then I quit to the title and rejoin the world again. When the process is done, I right-clicking on the barrel with an empty glass bottle. I don't get anything and the bottle disappears. If I don't quit to the title I get the alcohol .I tried it with all the crops .
