Describe the bug
When a player is killed (tested with a gun) and a flan's mod death message appears, it appears twice.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Start a server
2. Connect two users
3. Kill one player with a gun
4. See two flan's mod death messages

Expected behaviour
Only one death message should appear.

Additional context
Only tried with guns at the moment so don't know whether the same happens with vehicle death messages.
