Weapons on Vehicles don't seem to be able to shoot

On a Server.
MC Version 1.12.2
newest flans beta 5.5.6

Yes i filled the inventory of the vehicle with the correct ammunition, but i can't reload or shoot

And how did you get FlansMod v5.6-beta.6? That is a non-released version
