Vehicles are always rendered in front of Water &Stained Glass

Describe the bug
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:
- Place a vehicle (e.g. B-52)
- position yourself so that water and/or stained glass is between you and the vehicle
Expected behaviour
The water and the stained glass is properly rendered over the vehicle, not behind it

Additional context
There seems to be a fix in #1004, but as far i am concerned it got removed again due to other issues with the code.
