In the latest release of Flan's mod, 5.10.0, /teams fuelNeeded, /teams vehiclesBreakBlocks, /teams explosions, /teams canBreakGlass resets at midnight if on a server. If any of these commands are set to false, the next day when I get on they are reset to true.
