Issue with explosive shells

Describe the bug
When you fire an explosive shell from a tank it will travel around half a block from the end of the barrel then explode
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:
- Get any of the mod's tanks
- Load them with explosive shells
- Fire the shells
- Observe the distance the shell was launched
Expected behaviour
The shell would fire at least a few 10s of blocks

- Forge: 14.23.5.2860 1.12.2
- Flan's Mod: 5.10.0 1.12.2
Additional context
Couldn't reproduce neither with the 5.10.0 release nor with the current devolpement version. Did you have other mods or is this bug maybe specific to a content pack?
#1278 might be the same issue.
UPD: it works, somehow Flan's can't work with MalisisCore/MalisisDoors.
