Just to even gameplay, I think it would be cool if it could take like 10 seconds (or more) to deploy a willies jeep. And for picking them back up, it could be double the time. There could also be a small timer ring like in Dust 514.

When adding features we must ask, "will this bring a more enjoyable gameplay?"
Personally I don't think that this feature would be good to add since it just makes playing with vehicles more annoying.

We'll see what flan says though.
