I know you're probably not a native speaker of English but please try and be clearer in what you want to know here.

You want to check if a player is shooting or not and if a player is reloading their weapon or not. Is that correct?
As far as I know there aren't any methods to check this at the moment.

If I'm still not understanding what you want, could you possibly use Google Translate or explain what you need this information for?
